How do allow technical support to remotely access my computer?

On occasion the technical team may need to remotely access your computer, for this reason we use a tool built into Windows 10 called Quick Assist.
To access Quick Assist press the Windows Key (pictured below)
You'll see the start menu open, now start to type "quick assist", you should see the program listed (pictured below)

Once the app is open, wait for the technician to give you the code, enter this and click on share screen, you will now be sharing your screen. Once you close this app, it will close the share and the support team won't be able to access your computer. An example of the program with the code entered is pictured below.
